Grand Launch of Dr. Naseem Ashraf Book “Ringside, Maidan-e-Amal” at KMU Peshawar

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar, hosted a grand launch ceremony for the book “Ringside, Maidan-e-Amal” authored by Dr. Naseem Ashraf, former Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board and former Head of the National Commission for Human Development. The event was attended by KMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zia-ul-Haq, former Chief Secretary Shakeel Durrani, former KMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Hafeezullah, renowned academics, intellectuals, diplomats, faculty members, administrative staff, and students.

The ceremony began with selected excerpts from the book, showcasing Dr. Naseem Ashraf’s unique leadership experiences and his relationships with prominent personalities in Pakistan and abroad. The book critically examines evolving political scenarios and highlights the contributions of various political and intellectual leaders.

Addressing the event, KMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zia-ul-Haq praised Dr. Naseem Ashraf’s national contributions. He noted that the book provides valuable guidance for young readers, helping them define a clear path for their future.

During the event, Dr. Naseem Ashraf presented signed copies of his book to Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zia-ul-Haq and other distinguished guests, who reciprocated with a commemorative shield and a token of appreciation.
