It is notified for the information of all concerned prospective PhD scholars who are interested in pursuing PhD in Biochemistry that the Institutional Graduate Entry Test {I-GET) in Biochemistry shall be held as follows:

Date: 28^th April 2026 (10:00am sharp) Venue: Biochemistry Lecture Hall, Basement, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences (IBMS), Daud Khan, Academic Block, Khyber Medical

University (KMU), Peshawar.

The exam will be written. Paper will include 100 MCQs, 70 from subject (including all domains such as Carbohydrate, Lipids, Proteins, Nucleic acids, Endocrinology, Vitamins etc.) and 30 English & Analytical, and the passing score will be 60% according to the HEC criteria.

"'It is important to mention that fresh candidates wishing to seek admission in PhD Biochemistry in the coming sessions must have passed their MPhil/FCPS in the concerned discipline before appearing in the exam.
